ArtSpring 2017 in Thomas

By Katie Teems, NHT AmeriCorps Member

If you walked through Thomas this Memorial Day weekend, you will have noticed people buzzing along Front Street visiting the open galleries, making bids at the Art Auction, or watching Blood on the Mountain at the Opera House. You may have seen people in fancy dress going to visit the White Room to see Paul Lucchesi's newest paintings. If you went to the Buxton & Landstreet Gallery, you may have even seen people making lanterns for the Lantern Parade, which marched along the rail trail at the end of the festival.

New Historic Thomas would like to thank ArtSpring for all their hard work making this festival happen. Despite the wind and rain, there were so many smiles witnessed in Thomas and beyond.
