5/30/14 Update: The City of Thomas has been awarded a $200,000 U.S. EPA Brownfields Assessment Grant to complete the Phase II environmental assessment on the riverfront and to conduct Phase I and Phase II assessments on potential Brownfields sites around Thomas.
